Format

You have complete control as to which site and which group you want to attend. I take responsibility for monitoring both of the groups’ sizes so that everyone can meet the 50/50 group to individual supervision requirement and the requirement that at least 50% of your supervision is face-to-face.

Fees

We charge $60.00 an hour for every 15 hours of clinical face to face work a week or $240.00 a month. Supervisees may make one single payment a month or once weekly (check, cash, Venmo, or PayPal). Your first and last month of supervision is prorated, otherwise, partial payments are not accepted. The fee provides folks weekly access to any one of the groups and everyone is free each week to pick between Monday thru Friday. As you will note in the contract, We only work with supervisees that are (or agree to become) members of their state and national professional associations.

Contract

Over the years, We have seen far too many examples of things going terribly wrong for other supervisors and supervisees because they lacked a detailed contract, a running log, and routinely scheduled performance evaluations (all outlined in my contract). For example, what if the supervisor dies before they sign off on the verification form? No log and no contract equates to no proof that you attended supervision. What if the supervisor decides that the supervisee is not capable after two years of supervision? The solution is a detailed contract.
